F.A.Q.
What if I am in an organization, and I am in charge of the purchases but someone else in charge of printing? Will this be okay under the End-User License Agreement? In these circumstances, it is okay to lend the files in order for them to be printed for you.
Does bringing the files to a printing company follow the rules under the End-User License Agreement? Yes. As long as the printer is printing for the organization that purchased the content.
How come I can edit the text field areas but not some of the titles? Some of the titles are more design then text. Many have design elements that would have to be altered to fit a different title. Adobe Reader CC does not give options to edit design elements, only text.
What paper should I print on? For PDF files, it depends on what is being printed. If it is to go inside a binder than regular printer paper. If it is a nametag or invitation than printing on heavy cardstock would be best. If you get Silk Cover (professional printing) it will add a nice coat but will not appear glossy. For JPEG files, high-quality photo paper.
I know there is more room in the fill-in area, but it will not let me type any further. What should I do? Sometimes extra text gets “stuck” outside of the area and therefore is hidden from view. Therefore, the program thinks there is no more room. Go to the last letter that you can see and hold down the delete key until you think the hidden text is deleted. This should allow for you fill-in the rest of the visible fill-in area. Think of it as a word document, making words bigger or adding too many words will make text go onto the next page.

How can I get my files to the print?
PDF FILES
Option one: Colored printer at home. Desktop printers come in a variety of options. Keep in mind that colors may not come out as expected.
Option two: Printing companies. There are different types of printing companies.
1) Many local supply companies also print to paper. Although a little more expensive than printing from home, the color will be more accurate and the ink will be better quality. Many allow for digital uploads.
2) Online companies. If you like to go the digital route and then have it delivered to you this is the way to go. It is also slightly higher quality with ink and paper. They can also cut and offer a variety of different options.
3) A local professional printing shop: The cost can range between slightly too much more expensive. It depends on the company and the product you are printing. The great thing about professional companies is they will give you a proof before printing. This way you know what you are getting! Some allow for digital uploads.

Option two: Photograph Printing companies. There are different types of photograph printing companies.
1) Many local market stores also have kiosks or other options to print. This is cost friendly and can be quick when in a bind to get it done quickly. The product is usually not the best quality but gets the job done.
2) Online companies: If you like to go the digital route and then have it delivered to you this is the way to go. It is also slightly higher quality with ink and paper. But it requires time if you need invites handed out ASAP this would not be the way to go.

I highly recommend this if you are printing large images meant for framing or to be displayed on a wall at home or office.
